Is there anything I cannot put in the dumpster?Tires, Appliances, TVs, Computer Monitors, Hazardous Waste, Chemicals, Oils, Fuels, Pesticides, Acids, or Paints, Radioactive materials, Explosives, Septic Tank Plumbing, Raw Sewage or Sludge, Semisolids, Infectious waste, or dirt.

Do I need to be present when the dumpster is delivered?We would prefer that there is someone available upon delivery, but it is not required. We will do our best to put the dumpster in a desirable location for the customer, provided the driver can safely maneuver. If no one is available at the requested delivery time, the driver will place the dumpster in the most accessible location.

How much can I put in the dumpster?As much as you would like. Please do not stack higher than the top sides of the dumpster.

How should I pay?Easy! We take cash, check, debit/credit card, cash app pay, and Venmo. We can send you a preliminary invoice or accept payment over the phone before dropping off the dumpster. If you're paying with cash or check, the initial payment will be due when we deliver the dumpster. We will follow up with an additional invoice if the waste is over the listed tonnage for the dumpster.

When is the dumpster picked up?We will pick the dumpster up at the end of the scheduled date you picked or when you tell us it is ready to be picked up.

Do you take appliances?Yes, we do! Appliances cannot go in the dumpster, but we can take them for you. We just ask you to place them by the dumpster. Appliances are $35 each with a dumpster rental.

Do you take TVs or computers?Yes, we do! TVs and computers cannot go in the dumpster, but we can take them for you. We just ask you to place them by the dumpster. TVs and computers are $25 each with a dumpster rental.

Do you take tires?Yes, we do! Tires cannot go in the dumpster, but we can take them for you. We just ask you to place them by the dumpster. Tires are $25 each with a dumpster rental.
